Each Promotional Offer provides access to the Elavon Service advertised:

A. at the price advertised (if any); and

B. for an initial introductory period of these terms, beginning the moment that you confirm your acceptance of the Promotional Offer advertised by submitting valid application(s) for Elavon Services (“Elavon Application”) and/or Affiliate Services (where applicable) Elavon Application that is accepted by Elavon.

By submitting your Elavon Application you (i) confirm your acceptance of the Promotional Offer advertised; (ii) accept and agree to these Promotional Offer Terms, including the relevant terms and conditions corresponding to the Elavon Service(s) (and/or Affiliate 

Service(s), where applicable) advertised (as described above); and (iii) acknowledge and agree to the Elavon Terms of Use.  All information collected by Elavon under any Promotional Offer will be processed and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy  Unless otherwise advertised (for example where the Promotional Offer includes an Affiliate Service), Promotional Offers do not permit or provide access to any third party goods or services.

In order to be eligible for a promotional offer, applicants seeking to take advantage of the promotional offer must satisfy all of the following conditions (each an "eligible user"):

A. Unless you are applying in relation to a promotional offer that is advertised as available to past customers of Elavon services, you must be a new customer to Elavon and have not received Elavon services at any time in the past;

B. If you are subscribing to a promotional offer that is advertised as available only to past customers of Elavon, you must have been a customer whose Elavon services expired before the date advertised;

C. In respect of promotional offers for Elavon services combined with an affiliate service(s) the additional eligibility requirements set out in the corresponding terms and conditions for those affiliate services;

D. Additional eligibility requirements (if any) as advertised from time-to-time in connection with a promotional offer.

Eligible users may accept a promotional offer once - previous users may not redeem the offer again.

A Promotional Offer must be accepted before the applicable expiration date advertised, if any. Except where prohibited by law, Elavon reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate a Promotional Offer at any time and for any reason, in which case we will not honour subsequent Promotional Offer enrolments.

In the case of any Promotional Offer, the corresponding Promotional Period shall continue for the period as advertised, subject to section 4, above.

Unless you cancel a Promotional Offer before the end of the Promotional Period, subject to Elavon's right to decline your Elavon Services application and other applicable corresponding terms and conditions, you will automatically become an Elavon customer in respect of the Elavon Services you applied for, and Elavon accepted you for, that are included in the Promotional Offer. Any time-capped features of those Elavon Services will be reduced by the length of the Promotional Period.

To cancel a Promotional Offer following acceptance by Elavon of your Elavon Services application, the relevant corresponding terms and conditions referenced in the above table will apply and you must provide notification to Elavon in accordance with such relevant corresponding terms and conditions.

 Should you terminate your agreement with Elavon during the Promotional Period, Elavon shall reserve the right to demand the return or destruction of any voucher issued. Should the voucher already have been used when this request is made, Elavon shall reserve the right to invoice you for the voucher amount, payable in accordance with the payment terms outlined in your agreement with Elavon.
