Shortly after your account is open, we’ll call you to arrange a suitable date for our engineer to install your card terminal (s) and train you and your staff.
For a successful terminal installation, please review the pre-installation checklist to ensure minimise disruption to your business.
Should you encounter any glitches, please follow our terminal troubleshooter guide which takes you through the steps to take when specific messages appear on your card terminal display.
If your card terminal is not provided by Elavon, please contact your terminal provider directly for your card terminal installation and support.
