If you need to make changes to your account, such as change of bank details or registered address, all you need to do is complete the relevant forms listed below and send to the email address provided on the form.

Terms of Service Changes - January 2017

The following Terms of Service will be applicable to customers from 1st April 2017.

The “Terms of Service CCA Customers” apply to customers based in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) who are Sole Traders or Partnerships with 3 or fewer partners and who are renting a terminal from Elavon.

For all other customers, the Terms of Service Non CCA-Customers will apply.
