A. Elavon is sponsoring the ‘Shaun on the Tyne art trail’ in support of the St Oswald’s Hospice.

B. As part of the above, Elavon is running a colouring competition for individuals and groups (the ‘Competition’). 

C. These terms govern the eligibility criteria and the conditions of the Competition, and by submitting an entry into the Competition, these terms are considered agreed by the individual or group submitting the entry.

1. Eligibility 

1.1 The competition is open to all young people of all abilities, aged 18 and under. Where an individual is under the age of 18, the name and contact number of a parent or guardian must be provided when submitting the entry. Any entries by individuals under the age of 18 without contact details of a parent or guardian will not be counted.

1.2 Where an entry is being submitted on behalf of a group, and that group consists of individuals under the age of 18, the above condition must also be complied with if a parent or guardian is not part of that group.

1.3 All entries must be submitted no later than 23:59 on Wednesday 13 September. Entries submitted after this date will not be counted. 

2. Judging and Prize

2.1 5 (five) winners will be selected in total by the judges, 1 (one) winner in each of the following categories:

• Under 5 years
• 5 – 8 years
• 9 – 12 years
• 13 – 15 years
• 15 – 18 years 

2.2 Each winner will receive a £100 Amazon.co.uk voucher, which will be sent via email within 10 days after the announcement of the competition winners.

3. Distribution

3.1 By entering into this competition, entrants provide Elavon with express consent to share and distribute the entries as part of any internal and external marketing campaign, or for any reason in Elavon’s reasonable judgement sees fit. 

4. Privacy

4.1 All personal data obtained by Elavon shall be processed in accordance with Elavon’s Privacy policy (https://www.elavon.co.uk/privacy-policy.html) . By entering into this competition entrants agree to their personal data being processed in line with this policy.
