European Commission Decision: Inter-Regional Interchange Rates Reduction

Updated Terms of Service (TOS) – Effective 14 September 2019

Elavon has updated its Terms of Service, effective from 14 September 2019. There are three main areas of changes: 1) As a result of the introduction of the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2); 2) Updates to Data Security Payment Card Industry (PCI); and 3) Elimination of the Libor interest rate from the provision about the maximum interest rate.
