How to Configure Fraud Prevention Rules in the EPG Portal

Before you start (applies to all rules)

  1. Log in to the EPG Merchant Portal using an Admin or Manager account.
  2. From the left‑hand menu, go to Settings.
  3. Select Fraud Prevention Rules.
  4. Each rule can be enabled, configured, and saved independently.
  5. After making changes, always click SAVE CHANGES (bottom‑right of the page). Rules only apply to future transactions.
