The authorisation dashboard shows approval and decline rates, reasons for declines and transaction trends. The disputes dashboard shows dispute volumes, outcomes, reasons, processing trends and case-status information. Depending on the dashboard, you can explore the information using filters such as time period, merchant ID, card network, channel and issuer.
The Insights Wall highlights recent performance changes, potential gaps and relevant supporting information in one place. This helps teams focus on the areas that may need attention first, rather than interpreting every signal manually.
